3 level townhouse currently occupied by two professional (32yo) women, seeking 3rd roommate. House is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac; plenty of free parking available. We are non-smokers, drink socially and work during the day. Seeking a male or female roommate, any age; Must love dogs - one of the occupants owns a friendly German Shepherd. You will share a bathroom; will also have full house privileges (washer/dryer, kitchen, common areas, etc.) no smoking in the house, no big parties, and no pets. Walking distance to shopping areas (grocery, CVS, Walmart), public transportation (bus system) nearby. Rent is: $700 including utilities (cable, water, electric, trash, and wireless internet if you have a computer); security deposit equal to one months rent required - I am willing to break that payment up over two months for the right person, and the money will either be refunded at the termination of the lease or put toward the last months rent.)
