We have a FULLY FURNISHED AND DECORATED one bedroom apartment on the first level of our country home near Shenandoah, Va. (approximately 20 miles from Harrisonburg and 10 miles from Massanutten Four Season Resort and their new year round water park). Apartment consists of 26' livingroom with mostly glass front opening onto 28' covered deck/porch on front of house, bedroom w/queen bed, small kitchen, small dining room, full bath. Parking at entrance to deck. Utilities furnished include water, household electric, heat by electric furnace with gas log fireplace for emergency backup. Limited satellite TV programming is available and free. Sorry but this is strictly NO PETS, NO SMOKING, DRUGS OR EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL USE. We prefer no day sleepers. Available at $150 week, $500 month or 6 month lease at $450 month. Rate based on two people. References and security deposit are required regardless of length of stay.
